Individual and collective consciousness evolve together.

Dr. Mustakova's work is inspired by a Baha'i ontological understanding of reality as a spiritual phenomenon of the evolution of consciousness. Individual consciousness can move toward greater wholeness across the lifespan when people understand and take ownership of that process.

Collective consciousness also develops through broadening allegiances and more comprehensive forms of governance. The pain of this transition becomes less disorienting when people can see the intersection between their inner experience and the larger social-historical transformation under way.

The public purpose of this work is education for conscious agency: helping people and institutions respond constructively to the disarray of societies, clashing global interests, and the urgent need for a more coordinated planetary social system.
