Dr. Elena Mustakova will draw on her 35 years of international clinical and social science experience to explore the nature and dynamics of spiritual resilience – our deepest resource, which helps us avoid anxiety and depression, and stay grounded in times of change and uncertainty. It is a capacity which many of us do not know we have, and have not been taught how to access.
Dr. Elena Mustakova will draw on her 35 years of international clinical and social science experience to explore the nature and dynamics of spiritual resilience – our deepest resource, which helps us avoid anxiety and depression, and stay grounded in times of change and uncertainty. It is a capacity which many of us do not know we have, and have not been taught how to access. We focus on the capabilities and skills for conscious living, and developing inner coherence and wholeness amidst turbulent geo-political, environmental, and social processes of collapse, transformation, and uncertainty. We also look at underlying historical processes, many of them not readily discussed in the public realm, that frame our individual choices and the evolution of personality at this time. This understanding helps us find a proactive role, connect with allies, and respond to current needs rather than react. The course is limited to 20 participants on a first come, first serve basis, so that Dr. Mustakova can engage fully with each participant. Registration fee for 9 weeks (9 two-hour Tuesday sessions from 18:00 to 20:00 CET) is 950 euros, payable 50% at the time of registration, and 50% at the beginning of the course. The course begins on October 21st and ends on December 16th. The main reading source is Dr. Mustakova’s award-winning book, Global Unitive Healing: Integral Skills for Personal and Collective Transformation, available on Amazon or from Light on Light Publishing. Other materials will be provided by Dr. Mustakova.
This 8-week course in the integral approach develops specific competencies suited for psychologists, psychotherapists, educators, teachers and social workers, as well as public servants, media specialists, and for every young person seeking resilient and healthy professional development in the complex conditions of the 21st century.
